All of these services are currently offered through a variety of online platforms.

Student-centered. Individualized. Holistic.

All services listed below will consist of an individualized plan of study that is designed with a holistic approach focusing on your child’s curriculum and other personal and family goals.

The purpose of a holistic approach is to focus on the whole child (versus simply academic/mental areas). A holistic model allows for the whole child to grow into a healthy, compassionate, expressive, and bright human. I realize that a true holistic model is difficult to achieve via online learning. The goal is to not only assist your child with their schoolwork, but to add other components to their daily life to make their school and home life experience more full.

All services will include a daily check-in outside of their scheduled session, holistic components (natural world connection, centering activities, etc), weekly progress reports, access to digital platform (ex: Google classroom).

Schoolwork help

Perhaps your child can work mostly independently, but occasionally needs/wants adult help. Perhaps you are working from home and require a few minutes (or more!) to get some work done. This service is for your child to have help as needed while working through some of their schoolwork. It will allow for the connection to another adult and relationship building.

Enrichment

Enhancements, extensions, and add-ons to lessons/curriculum to challenge your child in area(s) that they may already thrive in or are passionate about.

Support

Extra support, guidance, and/or tools for your child in areas where they may be struggling or need extra encouragement.

Holistic Wellness

While at home and on these different schooling models, our children may not have all of their needs met (even though I know we all are trying our best to meet them!). A holistic approach to learning allows us to look at the needs and development of the child as a whole person, not just their academic success. This service will provide activities and enrichment looking through a holistic lens. Some of these areas include (although are not limited to): mental, physical, social/emotional, creative/arts, spiritual, natural.

How does it work?

All services can be utilized independently or combined together, based on a child’s/family’s needs.
